DTX Studio to revolutionize connectivity across the entire treatment team!
The DTX Studio implant module will facilitate the visualization of critical information for precise implant planning according to the desired prosthetic outcome. Tools for enhanced collaboration with the dental technician will make it simple for the clinician to offer patients a CAD/CAM provisional restoration on the day of surgery. For dental laboratories, the design module combines powerful CAD tools with an intuitive interface. It will enable the quick and easy design of the desired restoration, whether tooth- or implant based.
Make it Your Own with MiYO
MiYO is a new material that allows the technician to take monolithic/fullcontour restorations and adjust chroma, hue and/or value all at the same time in a simple method that takes virtually the same amount of time as common staining. The major difference is that the colors are very translucent, looking like layered ceramics , and that you are able to visualize the fired product by the way it looks during application. You are able to dilute or enhance chroma and you are able to raise or lower the value of your restorations. You are also able to perform numerous adjustments prior to a single firing, depending on complexity/size of the casework. Seeing is believing, why not experience the next generation in esthetic enhancements?
Making Work Easy with EASYview 3D
In this presentation, Greg Martin, CDT, TE will show how the revolutionary Renfert EASYview 3D Dental Viewer is changing how work is done in the laboratory. Now the lab can increase the efficiency of not only quality control, but communication with their doctors and their own technicians for training purposes. Documentation of cases has never been simpler or more streamlined. Capture case photos directly to the included USB, insert USB into a PC and email clients directly.
The ease of use with the EASYview 3D allows for a more relaxed and less stressful work environment for technicians. This innovative tool also allows for multiple technicians to view exactly what the trainer is seeing, getting an over-the-shoulder view while seated in a classroom type setting using the HD split accessory. The 3D mode allows for more accurate hand-eye coordination when working under magnification in real time. With the lastest update technicians can now also view split screen images of current cases as well as archived photos with easy access. Come experience the future – IN 3D!!
Designing ‘A’butments to ‘Z’irconia and everything in between…
Learn how to save time and money using Amann Girrbach’s Map600 scanner and Mind CAD software. The trainer will demonstrate the integration of various software modules and how to design the following: single crown or bridge, implant abutments and implant bars, RPD’s, full dentures and model builder. He will also review the integration of the virtual articulator using the model scanner, impression scanning, and incorporate how to import files into the CAD design software called ‘Mind’. In addition, he will explain the Exocad based Ceramill software and the benefits of the CAM software called ‘Match’ with the integration of the (3Dsprint) Nextdent 5100 printer for Ceramill and how to send files to either the mill or our printer.
Structo - Empowering Dental with 3D
Structo designs and develops and builds 3D printing solutions specifically for dental applications using its proprietary Mask Stereolithography (MSLA) technology. MSLA enables higher throughput production compared to conventional SLA and DLP printers. The DentaForm dental lab printer can print up to 10 models in 30 minutes. Structo also offers an automation solution specifically for high production of models for clear aligner manufacturing called Structo Elements. A single Elements production module can automatically Print, Wash and Cure up to 500 models/day and is scalable modularly to increase to 2,000 models per day.
Structo Velox is the world's first desktop 3D printer with autonomous post-processing features that allows dental lab professionals to go from designed appliance to printed part at the push of a button. The Velox system comprises 3 stages – Print, Wash and Cure – on a rotating carousel, fitting all these functions into one single low-footprint automated system.
Ivoclar Digital Denture - The Future of Removable Technology
Digital Denture is a complete manufacturing process for the rapid production of removable full-arch dentures. This innovative process integrates the treatment steps in the dental practice with the digital manufacturing processes in the lab. Exclusive design software and ideally coordinated materials, combined with well-designed manufacturing strategies and the cutting-edge PrograMill milling equipment platform, provide predictable and reproducible results.
Ivoclar will conduct a table clinic for the Ivoclar Digital Denture System and demonstrate steps in the production of Digital Dentures. Attendees will learn about the applications and benefits of Digital Dentures and the production process.
3Shape - A Lab Scanner for Every Need
